At Lumen Grove, each item is thoughtfully curated and handled with care. Due to the nature of our offerings, we maintain a strict but fair return policy to ensure the integrity of every product.
✧ All Sales on Body & Beauty Products Are Final
Due to hygiene and safety standards, all body care, skincare, and beauty products are final sale.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Body creams and moisturizers
- Oils, serums, and treatments
- Cosmetics and personal care items
We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on these items once they have been purchased.
✧ Returns on Eligible Items (Non-Beauty Products)
For all other eligible items (such as select wellness goods, tools, or accessories), we offer store credit only under the following conditions:
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Item must be in new condition with no signs of use
Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted.

✧ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 42 hours of delivery.
Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, items may be returned for store credit and a new order can be placed.
