All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–3 business days

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Lumen Grove is not responsible for delays caused by:

- High order volume
- Incorrect shipping addresses

Lumen Grove is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. If you need support, we’re here to assist.
✧ Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
